Why doesn't the Registry Partner's e-mail show up on the Registry Page?
ANSWER:
The purpose of the Marriage Buildersﾮ Partners Registry is to link Registry Partners with those seeking local help. We feel that the office telephone number is sufficient for contact purposes.
QUESTION:
How can Registry Partners know how many referrals come from this Registry?
ANSWER:
Since we do not require a login for Registry Users, there is no way we can track exact referral numbers. However, we have added a visitor counter that can only be viewed by the Registry Partner within the Partner Login/My Account.

How will a Registry Partner's information be accessed?
ANSWER:
A Registry Page (USA location) can be accessed through a search of name, zip code, state, city, or nearest major city. For non-USA locations, the Registry Page can be accessed through a search of name or country only.
QUESTION:
How does the Registry Partner review process work?
ANSWER:The following is a brief description of the review process:
- A Registry User can request a review form from the "Write a Review" link under the Registry Partner's name within the Registry Page.
- The Registry User is mailed a Registry Partner Review Form.
- The Review Form will include a comments section, rating for eight categories, date of first session, and number of sessions with the Registry Partner.
- Once the Review Form is returned, the date of first session, number of sessions with the Registry Partner, overall experience rating (1-5), and noteworthy feedback that reflects the overall experience will be posted. (As stated in the User Agreement and Partner Agreement: "The Marriage Builders® Partners Registry has the full right (but not the obligation) to post or not post a review and/or comment."
- The Registry Partner will have an opportunity to comment on any review posted.
QUESTION:
How can Registry Partners make changes to their Registry Page?
ANSWER:
We have given Registry Partners the ability to make changes through the Partner Login/My Account link. Partners are able to update their Registry Page as needed. Note: All changes will be reviewed by the Marriage Buildersﾮ Partners Registry. If there is a concern about a change, an e-mail will be sent to the Registry Partner and the Registry Page will be temporarily disabled from the Registry Partner Search until the concern is corrected.
