Many ask... "How do I do it?"...
... 1 Thessalonians 5:17 - pray constantly...

In the many months of all that has gone on in my life... I have started a deeper reflection into my own faith...

I fully recognize that not everyone on the forum is Christian...
... but many do have a kinship for Christian scripture...

For them and myself... .I present here some scripture verses I reflect upon to reaffirm my own understanding of my relationship with God, and my relationship with my spouse... in line with the MB concepts.

Again, I am no scriptural scholar... just one who finds peace in the Word of faith.

I, too, have regained a close personal relationship with God. It is, in every sense of the word, a very personal relationship.

By allowing Him to take control of my life, trusting His ways, and looking to Him for guidance, I have been able to completely change my personality. Although every waking moment is not the easiest, I have obtained a greater sense of peace and comfort within His presence.

Regardless of one's belief in God and heaven, conforming your life to the teaching of the scriptures can do nothing less than make you a better person.

I too am a Christian and there is no way I/we could have made it through the last 9 months without the Lord leading and guiding us through this. I give Him all praise and honor and glory for what He has done in our lives. God is so very good! I stand upon Romans 8:28 "For we know that God causes all things to work toward good for those who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose." He has protected us, disciplined us, and brought us to a place where our relationship with Him has grown. We have experienced the love of our friends, miracle after miracle, and freedom in knowing that He is in charge not us. I know that this OW and her family have been protected also as they have been in our prayers. We are still having to deal with her trying to restart this relationship and the challenges there but we're resting in God's care. I don't not know how we or anyone else can make it through tough times like these without the love and protection of the Lord. Words seem so hollow to express my true gratitude and love for God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Praise to His Holy Name for He alone is Worthy of Praise and Adoration!

If you read 1 Peter 3, the instructions to wives & husbands & use the Amplified Bible, it reads like Plan A.
