The use of acronyms is sometimes confusing, especially to the new members of the forum.
In an attempt to clarify some of these acronyms, I've gathered up a few of them, and will gladly add to and/or modify the list. I do suggest proper decorum be exercised.

Of interest to some will be the "category" of MB specific Acronyms
Acronyms like PT, LRB, NRB, etc. are welcome… (short explanations only please)
You can have some fun with this… but again proper decorum is suggested.

This list is non-alphabetical. If an alphabetical list is requested… I'll put it together. Contact me at onegoing@hotmail.com .

Continued use of emoticons and smilies and UBB codes are still encouraged as well.

OneGoing -- Forgive my intrusion, but I thought I would go ahead and alphabetize your list for you . . .I hope you don't mind. I did fix one spelling error on the FOC, and I didn't put the links in. . .maybe I'll come back later and do that.

God Bless

Lest I confuse people with my additional acronym, I will define it here:

IMNSHO = In My Not-So-Humble Opinion

and one which is not commonly used here but might come up in humorous type posts:

IMGLO = In My God-Like (Goddess-Like) Opinion

(now, don't get all bent outta shape about that one ... it's only seldom used seriously, and then only by people with egos as big as the sun ).

Courage

Whatever course you decide upon,
there is always someone to tell you
that you are wrong.

There are always difficulties arising
which tempt you to believe that your
critics are right.

To map out a course of action
and follow it to an end
requires courage.
